Our FAQ may not have everything, but we do hope we’re able to answer the majority of the repeat questions we’ve received.

We’re pretty simple when it comes to our fees and we do things a few different ways, depending on what works best for you. Generally, we bill by the 1/4 hour for content updates, WordPress core and plugin updates, and other simple things on the site.

We can also put together package deals. This is almost always done for new sites or complete site refreshes. It’s one and done on the pricing. We also put together package deals for monthly updates – a simple plan that gives you the number of hours you want, paid monthly as a subscription, billing by the hour only if we go over the monthly allotment. This is great for sites that are updated regularly or for people who want us to do all their changes and post the new content they write.

Absolutely! We work with anyone, anywhere. We’re well-versed in a variety of video conferencing and screen sharing applications and also work very well just via email and phone. We have a simple process to make things run smoothly without being in close proximity.

No worries, this happens all the time! WordPress can take some getting used to before everyone knows what to do and what to click. Though it may take us a minute or two to respond, we’re always happy to help walk you through things again if needed. For our hourly rate (discussed ahead of time), we are always just an email or phone call away.
